Changing your registered office is a single filing. Sign in to Companies House WebFiling, choose the change of registered office form, enter the new address and submit.
The change takes effect once it is registered, usually the same day. Keep the confirmation email for your records.
Afterwards, tell HMRC separately for corporation tax, VAT and PAYE. HMRC does not update automatically from Companies House.
Finally, update your bank, insurers, website footer, invoice templates and email signature so every record matches the register.
