Short answer
Change two things: your company's registered office and your own director service address. Both are public. Once both point to a business address, no home address is searchable. Historic filings can be suppressed separately using Companies House form SR01.

- File a change of registered office with Companies House (form AD01 or online).
- Change your director service address for every officer and person with significant control.
- Apply on form SR01 to suppress a residential address that already appears in historic documents.
What still remains private either way
Your residential address is always held by Companies House on the non-public part of the register. The steps above control what appears in public search results, not what the registrar holds.
